  1. Hi Andy, I enjoyed reading your articles regarding homebuilding. Sandy and I just recently sold our home after two days on the market. I retired from the Post Office December 31st, and spent three months painting, upgrading, boxing and storing, shoveling snow, and waiting for this day. Sandy will quit working soon and we are spending the summer in Maine and hopefully a couple weeks in The Cape. We may spend the winter in Florida. During this time we are going to try to determine what to do in Western North Carolina. We still have a solid 1.75 inch thick exterior oak door and a set of cherry french doors in storage in Waynesville. You will certainly be at the top of our list when we come to town! We hope you and your wife are doing well. Good reading about you, Sandy & Ed
